How we work and what you can expect from SEARADAR

Sometimes we're called a digital agent, because of our unique combination of top-notch customer service and advanced technology that allows us to process and provide our clients with yacht and charter company data that's not available on the open market.

After you fill out an application, your request is sent to the charter department. A team of experienced professionals analyzes your request and uses specially developed software to create a selection of the most suitable yachts for you.
During the selection process, we analyze more than 30,000 boats from all of the available market databases, calculate quality metrics, and check the availability of yachts for you to choose from. As a result, you will receive a recommendation of a number of high quality yachts offered by reliable charter companies. You can refine your criteria and receive updated quotes if you wish.

Once the yacht is selected and prepaid, you will be connected to the support department. This is our secret sauce that sets us apart from our competitors who only deal with rentals. A dedicated support manager is there to help you along the way: handling paperwork, answering any questions about the boat or additional services, and ready to solve any problems that may arise. Our managers are always in touch and will be with you before, during and after your charter. Let us show you the difference that exceptional customer service can make.

When the voyage is over and the boat is returned to the base, your deposit will be refunded. By the way, we have our own insurance product - Free Deposit Pack, which allows to insure 100% of your deposit.

What's next?

This is where the exciting part starts.

You will be enrolled in a loyalty program that allows you to earn special points that you can then redeem for other boat rentals or services.

On a quarterly basis, we hold drawings for valuable prizes for our clients, and once a year we give away a full week's charter free of charge.

You get a personal manager who knows your preferences and is ready to help you choose a yacht at any point. The value of this personalized approach is proven by our high customer retention rate: more than 70% of our clients have returned to charter yachts with us.
