How we work and what you can expect from SEARADAR

Sometimes we’re called a digital concierge — because we combine human support with tech that helps us work with charter data at scale.

What’s under the hood:

Access to a massive charter inventory and availability signals (30,000+ boats)

A concierge team that handles selection, terms, paperwork, and trip coordination

Optional add-ons that elevate the experience (skipper / hostess and more — when you want it)

Our own deposit protection product for eligible bookings

After you submit a request, our team reviews it and builds a shortlist that fits — using market inventory, availability, and quality signals across 30,000+ boats.
We’ll recommend a set of reliable options, explain trade-offs, and refine the shortlist until it feels right.

Whether you want maximum independence or maximum comfort — we’ll match the setup to the trip you have in mind.

Once the yacht is selected and prepaid, you’re assigned a dedicated trip manager — this is our "secret sauce".

We handle documents, logistics, add-ons, and last-minute changes — and stay with you before, during, and after the charter, so the experience stays smooth even when reality happens.

When the charter ends and the yacht is checked back in, the security deposit is released according to the charter company’s procedure.

For eligible bookings, we offer Free Deposit Pack — our own product that can cover up to 100% of the deposit.

What's next?

This is where the exciting part starts.

You will be enrolled in a loyalty program that allows you to earn special points that you can then redeem for other boat rentals or services.

On a quarterly basis, we hold drawings for valuable prizes for our clients, and once a year we give away a full week’s charter free of charge.

You get a personal manager who knows your preferences and is ready to help you choose a yacht at any point. The value of this personalized approach is proven by our high customer retention rate: more than 70% of our clients have returned to charter yachts with us.
