How we work and what you can expect from SEARADAR

What’s under the hood:

Optional add-ons that elevate the experience (skipper / hostess and more — when you want it)

Our own deposit protection product for eligible bookings

After you leave a request, you’ll be paired with a yacht expert who helps shape the trip step by step — without spreadsheets and planning stress. We start with dates and a region, then choose the best route (marinas, sailing time, shore options), and only then move to the yacht. We scan options across charter companies to find the best value, filter out unreliable operators, and explain trade-offs clearly. Once the yacht is set, we assemble the right onboard setup — from skipper to hostess/chef and optional extras — so the trip matches your style, not just the spec sheet.

When the plan is approved, our team takes over execution. While you’re speaking with your expert, there’s a full “under the hood” operation: supplier-side negotiations, customer success coordination, and IT tools for yacht databases and ratings. Then Customer Success becomes your day-to-day concierge — handling paperwork, transfers, provisioning, and all the small details that make a yacht holiday feel effortless (yes, including last-minute requests). Our managers stay in touch before, during, and after the charter, with one goal: you actually relax and enjoy time with your people instead of organizing the trip.

Every trip is confirmed with clear terms and what’s included. For our all-inclusive format, the experience is designed to remove friction: skipper, meals, fuel, marinas, water toys — you pick the week, we handle the rest.
Security deposit rules depend on the yacht and charter company. When the voyage ends and the boat is returned, the deposit is released according to the base procedure
For eligible bookings, we also offer our own protection product — Free Deposit Pack — which can insure up to 100% of the deposit.

What's next?

This is where the exciting part starts.

You will be enrolled in a loyalty program that allows you to earn special points that you can then redeem for other boat rentals or services.

On a quarterly basis, we hold drawings for valuable prizes for our clients, and once a year we give away a full week’s charter free of charge.

You get a personal manager who knows your preferences and is ready to help you choose a yacht at any point. The value of this personalized approach is proven by our high customer retention rate: more than 70% of our clients have returned to charter yachts with us.
