How the Training Works
The Hostess Academy has two stages: a 6-week online program with weekly video lessons, practical tasks, templates, checklists and a support chat, followed by a 5-day onboard practice on a real yacht. You’ll live and train at sea with other future hostesses, learn the full workflow in real conditions and leave fully prepared for your first paid charter.

After successfully passing the final exam, we invite you to join the SEARADAR TRAVEL team. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a certificate confirming that you have completed the course and become our Top Hostess.
You will receive several paid charters with real guests already in season 2026. The salary for a beginner hostess during the first three charters is 600€ per week, which means you recover the full cost of the course from your very first charter.
